This was a strong match for a transient stop in Orleans with very good value for money. The view from the Double Room was amazing, making it worthwhile even with minor issues. Just check the blinds for privacy if that’s important.

The breathtaking ocean view from the room makes every moment special, coupled with the inviting lounge chairs on the well-kept lawn, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, while the friendly staff provide attentive service. However, the breakfast options could have been more varied, and more activities for older kids would enhance the family experience. Despite minor improvements needed, the proximity to the beach truly sets this place apart.
